Join us as a **Service Delivery Engineer 1** in our **Managed Services Organization** in Cairo. Managed Services is a growing service within Dell Technologies. We provide high quality service to support our core products.


**What youll achieve**

As a Service Delivery Engineer 1 you will provide world-class delivery support by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers priorities and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing organization supporting leading edge products. Our team leverages ITIL standards and proven best practices, and proprietary operational processes. We are looking for people who think outside the box and have a proactive attitude.


**You will:**


+ Perform Infrastructure Support activities as part of the Global Technical Delivery team.

+ Improve Infrastructure stability and performance by analyzing patterns, recurring failures and/or issues, and advise and drive application owners on permanent fixes.

+ Manage incidents by effectively troubleshooting issues, knowing what the risk involved in preforming actions in a production environment.

+ Collaborate globally with in the team, senior stakeholders, and end users

**Essential Requirements**


+ 0-2 years of experience as an Automation/DevOps Engineer and/or Linux System Admin.

+ Strong understanding of Storage solutions such as Midrange: Unity, VNX and/or Isilon

+ Basics of Networking: Dell OS10 Switches, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, VLAN, VXLAN


**Desirable Requirements**


+ German language (B1+) is a plus
