Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Information Technology Manager 3. This position will be located in **Roy, Utah** and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Forces sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.

**What you will get to do:**

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all networks, connectivity, on-boarding, and special tool development projects for the Integrated Development Environments used to support the Sentinel contract. The successful candidate will lead a multi-discipline team to ensure all users have access and are effectively able to use the tools provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of Workflow capabilities, Metrics and Analytics, Program Process Management and User Experience (UX). Collaboration between the teams, other managers and with IPTs.

+ Leading and directing a cross-functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical objectives
+ Effective use of PMs ascribed processes and procedures
+ Assisting program leadership in assessing, documenting and tracking of all new program requirements
+ Preparation of project execution plans and identification of appropriate technical and business resources required
+ Development and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools
+ Development and delivery of presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders
+ Creation, review and finalization of the project Statement of Work
+ Manage and track status of projects, metrics, financial budgets, and EACs; manage schedules and prepare status reports; and ensure project remediation and ongoing compliance goals are met

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline with 8 years of related technical experience, or a Masters Degree and 6 years of experience.
+ 3 years of formal management experience to include performance reviews for direct reports.
+ Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
+ Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience
+ 2 years of experience with developing software, data design, data collection or statistical analysis
+ 2 years of experience leading IT Network implementation
+ 2 years of experience with multi-classification networks and deployed IT teams
+ 2 years of experience using supporting Virtual Desktops

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (In Scope) with a Periodic Review completed in the last 5 years.
+ Previous experience with design and development of multi-classification environments and system integration deployments.
+ Experience with software development, software application integration, implementation delivery of product in our NG environment.
+ Familiarity with engineering tools such as Cameo, Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket), Java, Python, and Sharepoint integration are a plus.
+ Excellent leadership characteristics.
+ Demonstrated experience presenting product development, growth or strategic plans to executive leadership or government customer.
+ Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills throughout all levels of the organization.
+ Experience working with large datasets

Salary Range: $134,200.00 - $201,400.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
