ADP is hiring a Senior Strategy Analyst. In this position you will be an integral member of the strategy team and add value from day one. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Strategy and work on projects that have high visibility and are paramount to the business's success.

As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will conduct primary and secondary research and analysis in the identification, development, and execution of critical strategic, business process improvement, and analytical initiatives with responsibilities for planning and management of deliverables. Your projects will be commissioned by senior executives, and you will regularly present your recommendations and findings to them. As part of the National Accounts Business Unit strategy team, you will have broad exposure to ADPs business and senior leaders.


  • Structure complex business problems and analyze to uncover opportunities which are critically important to ADPs future success, with responsibility for managing the complete lifecycle and delivery of strategy projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize key business, marketing, and financial insights from multiple sources to develop insightful recommendations.
  • Deliver recommendations to senior leadership in a persuasive and thoughtful manner.
  • Interact with other functional teams across the organizations to collaboratively arrive to practical solutions that can be implemented.
  • Sometimes be called on to help drive execution of recommendations in the business unit.
  • Work flexibly across strategy projects covering a wide range of topics.


  • This position will not have any direct management responsibilities and will report to the Vice President of Strategy.


  • BA/BS degree from a top-tier school in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Sciences or related.
  • Have a basic background in statistics (especially as it relates to business problems).
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Have a strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth.
  • Find problem-solving exhilarating and have an aptitude for analytics.
  • Be comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of data.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving and analytics skills.
  • Are resourceful, responsible, patient, tenacious, informed, independent, confident, and full of energy to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Range of experience from 1-4 years' experience at a consulting firm, investment bank or corporation.
  • Have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements including a strong GPA (preferably higher than 3.5).
  • Have a strong record of leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities.
