Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Business Applications - IT team is a strategic business partner to the organization delivering effective and innovative technology solutions. We partner with groups across the company including sales, marketing and finance to deliver and maintain high quality scalable technology solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst CRM Applications who will be responsible for leading the technology solution delivery for CRM applications. This position will be responsible for partnering with our internal business stakeholders, product management and engineering teams to own and drive the usage of Intapp's CRM (OnePlace) suite of applications. The successful candidate will provide structure & leadership to projects, understand the Intapp business and translate business needs into technical solutions. They will oversee the delivery of IT services and projects while ensuring internal client satisfaction.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Intapp's Sales, Marketing and Client Success processes and systems
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help define the system solutions
  • Partner with internal product engineering team to test, implement new releases and provide product feedback on Intapp's implementation of OnePlace
  • Manage quarterly release of OnePlace to adopt new capabilities
  • Drive our internal success and satisfaction with our internal deployment of OnePlace by aligning business value with product capabilities, while producing exceptional, measurable results
  • Act as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stack
  • Pair understanding of business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic technical roadmaps
  • Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work with management to address them
  • Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track
  • Translate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iteratively
  • Establish and bring new efficiencies and insights through systematic solutions
  • Document business process requirements and partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions on Intapp's CRM tech stack.
  • Effectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomes
  • Manage execution of UAT related to supported CRM systems and their changes
  • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation


  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Sales/Marketing/Client success processes for subscription business model
  • Prior experience with CRM implementation
  • Commitment to Best practices
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Technical experience and are comfortable engaging with Admins and Engineers

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ year of relevant work experience
  • 8+ years of relevant BSA experience in CRM space
  • Hands on experience with any CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
