**Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management (I8)**

The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

**What youll achieve**

As a **Senior Advisor** , you will be responsible for delivery of the standard project plan with minimal direction and coordination of standard project plans for projects with lower complexity and risk. You will work with external clients/customers from project initiation through delivery and ensure customer happiness to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE).


**You will:**


+ Responsible for the delivery of moderate complex, moderate risk projects. Maintains project quality, finances and focus on delivery against scope.

+ Prepares detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies.

+ Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW). Categorizes requirements into a project plan detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily tasks.

+ Prepare risk and remediation plan. Responsible for creating one team approach, goals and milestones within a project to ensure Dell EMC's commitments to the customer are achieved.

+ Adheres to established standards, processes, and methods to produce solutions that conform to requirements. Strives for, maintains and further develops excellence in processes and services.

+ Establishes project governance. Responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with Dell EMC employees or Partner Resources. Works with Resource Management on project staffing. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer and sales. Holds responsibility for achieving the EMC Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.

**Essential Requirements**


+ Minimum 12+ years relevant experience.

+ Project management skills (Infrastructure Projects).

+ Customer focused and Consultative skills.

+ Financial and analytical experience.

+ Ability to influence others to achieve results.

+ Understanding of Dell EMC's products and their value added to the customer.

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

+ Working Time: Night Shift

Bachelor's degree
