Role Summary

Our Sales and Marketing Specialist will assist the Sales Team in our growing organization by providing outreach to customers, preparing for customer visits and/or presentations, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure department success. This skilled, motivated, career-minded individual will have the opportunity to learn and grow their career working alongside our professional and talented Sales Team.


  • Make telephone and email contact with customers in a professional manner

  • Answer incoming phone calls to the Sales and Marketing Departments

  • Provide information to potential customers about our services and products while maintaining our industry leading brand reputation and customer service

  • Provide administrative support for the overall sales efforts

  • Conduct marketing research to identify qualified sales leads and accurately input data into CRM

  • Provide secondary support for coordinating and facilitating customer and visitor tours

  • Assist with on-site meetings as needed

  • Offer support to both Sales & Marketing outside staff and company customers

  • Interact with personnel in other departments to meet the needs of customers

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum education of a two (2) year degree

  • Internship or volunteer experience supporting functions in Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales department

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize workload accordingly

  • Organized, strong team player, with a full understanding of confidentiality agreements and proprietary information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited College

  • 1-2 years of similar work experience

  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing industry terminology
