As a participant in the Sales Executive Accelerated Program, you'll have access to specially curated sales training and leadership development. You will learn everything you need to know about ADP's products and processes, as well as receive professional development and leadership training. You will have access to mentors who will serve as resources and guides to you throughout your tenure in the program and beyond. Within the program, you will have the opportunity to lead a team selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients.
Leadership is about getting the best performance from your people while balancing quota attainment for your region and the day-to-day tasks of managing a team. Multitasking and prioritization are essential to helping your team win in every sense of the word. Few sales leaders are taught how to do this, but that's what we're offering you in this role.
