The Centralized Records Management Program (CRMP) is a firmwide initiative focused on ensuring proper control of the full lifecycle (from creation to destruction) of all records in the Bank. To align with firmwide activities, the Commercial Bank (CB) has set up a project management office (PMO) to interact with all CB lines of business, teams and functions to ensure compliance with firmwide expectations.The CB RM Project Management Senior Associate will support the CB RM Program Lead who is responsible for overseeing overall records management compliance. The CB RM Project Management Senior Associate will lead workstreams targeted to remediate areas with identified gaps as well as develop and implement compliant go-forward processes. For example, shared drives in CB have identified gaps that need to be addressed through a clean-up of drive ownership, cleaning up the contents of the drives and classifying the records on the drives.
