CCB Customer Experience (CX) Team manages a set of platforms and capabilities to drive seamless and intelligent customer experience cross channels. Enhanced Transaction Utility & Data Enrichment (ETUDE) product specifically focuses on driving consistent, enhanced, resilient customer experience around transaction data by building re-usable services to enhance and provide transactions.We are looking for a Program Manager to join the team and drive the transformation from using legacy services to using ETUDE services across the firm. This transformation will have a direct impact on Chase customer experience and operational efficiency for years to come.In this role, you will work with many products across the firm to understand their priorities and create a collective roadmap to adopt ETUDE services. Working with ETUDE POs, you will manage BOW intake process, support planning activities, and enable communication of the roadmap and status to stakeholders and senior leaders.
