The Program Manager of Corporate Enablement will hold a key individual contributor role in driving revenue by supporting our organization's success. This position will be focused on training and systems to improve productivity and ramp time for all departments. This individual should be skilled at understanding stakeholder needs and translating those into a world-class training program.


  • Develop and curate content and logistics for sales and the broader organization
  • Speaker coordination and logistics for sales enablement webinars and events
  • Support content development, logistics, and preparation for new hire and subsequent training; including Sales Kickoff, QBRs and other events
  • Create a learning management system that is segmented by teams
  • Collect feedback and measure the efficiency of initiatives based on performance objectives
  • Act as liaison for other teams to ensure the curriculum is accurate
  • Maintain updated training content in our Sales Enablement Platform
  • Establish appropriate metrics for the enablement function and report on quantifiable progress over time by constantly taking initiative to gather feedback
  • Internally market and support Enablement Programs

Primary Focus:

  • Sales Enablement - 70%
    • Soft sales training
    • Product training
    • Sales operations training
    • Work with sales management to identify gaps and implement solutions to fill those needs
    • Marketing training
    • Competitive
  • Company-wide enablement - 30%
    • O-Day - first day at the company training
    • Quarterly Training and Lunch and Learn Series
    • Work with management to deliver micro-courses for each department
    • Get micro-course framework and topics aligned and developed


  • 5 years of Sales Enablement and/or Program Manager experience
  • Familiarity with common sales methodologies (MEDDIC)
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise networking and security technologies.
  • Exposure to Cloud-based systems is ideal but not required.
  • Proficiency in creating and tracking development schedules, managing issues and delivering accurate, timely and succinct training solutions to a global audience
  • Familiarity with e-learning content development processes a must
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
