We are currently seeking a talented Product Strategy Associate to join the Chase Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Data & Analytics Team.

Organization Description:

Our Consumer & Community Banking division (CCB) serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We™re proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.

The CCB Data & Analytics team is responsible for enabling CCB to use our world class data assets to change every aspect of our business. We do this by setting the vision for the future of data publishing and use across CCB, and working with the Product teams and external partners to execute the product strategy vision.

The lines of business & functional groups the team supports include Consumer & Business Banking, Credit Card, Connected Commerce, Home Lending, Auto, Wealth Management, and Digital. Colleagues have the opportunity to build experience in a variety of areas by working with partners across the lines of business.

The right candidate will work as part of a small teams to identify strategic decisions, conduct analysis and make recommendations around the path forward, and to communicate with senior leadership. The product strategy VP will closely partner with product owners and engineering teams to understand requirements, and help the product teams prioritize their backlog, and track the requirements through the product management lifecycle. Responsibilities include;

  • Identify and execute on strategies that build capabilities to modernize our data assets and migrate to the cloud
  • Evaluate existing product enhancements and new product opportunities to define product strategies
  • Coordinate with workstream teams on milestones and dependencies to monitor and measure progress against projected versus actual plan

The position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to:

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, technology strategy, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
  • An outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently, and to work well in cross-functional teams
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly build subject matter expertise
  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
