To achieve this, we are investing heavily in digital and technology infrastructure to transform how we service our customers.The Business Banking Lending Product team is seeking a customer experience champion with strong technical skills to partner with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to research, design and execute upon the BB Lending Roadmap. You will play an integral role in ensuring that projects run on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. This will involve managing complex initiatives and designing features that address the needs of clients and modernize our platforms.
