Product Analyst for Firm Wide Core Deposits Platform - Consumer Banking- Columbus, OH/ Plano, TX

As a Product Analyst on the Firm wide core deposits team in CCB, you will be partnering with different product and engineering teams to create, customize and execute integration test validation for delivering products that meet customer expectations. You will proactively collaborate with upstream data providers and downstream consumers to lead testing across multiple scrum teams, applications and external partners. This role will be responsible for working with multiple products and aiming to be functional SME in the defined scope of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product Owners to ensure clear understanding of operational flows and customer experience expectations for end to end/UAT testing
  • Learn the business functionality of the product and its respective upstream, downstream systems.
  • Identify and build test cases for UAT/e2e testing of products and lay them out with proper acceptance criteria, expected result and data requirements.
  • Capture any issues identified, report and track through delivery.
  • Work with scrum teams to keep the process evolving and up to date.

Job Qualifications

  • UAT/e2e testing expert with significant experience in delivering in an agile framework
  • Exceptional technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills
  • Ability influence fellow teammates and scrum teams
  • Ability to understand and drive the establishment of environments , test scenarios, test cases and data creation and conditioning.
  • Understanding of automation tools
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements that drive long term product stability
  • Ability to work with the Product Owners and scrum teams to develop a robust e2e test suite which helps in delivering the product inline with the defined standards.
  • Highly enthusiastic and self-motivating with a get it done attitude.
  • Extensive knowledge of creating executing e2e/integration testing.
  • It is a manual position to begin with but should be able to takeover automation and enhance/maintain it eventually
  • Well aware of JIRA and other equivalent tools

Knowledge Base/Education:

  • Expert knowledge of testing practices and processes.
  • 5+ years previous experience in testing space.
  • 3+ years of experience in UAT/e2e testing strongly preferred.
  • Expert in test case designing, execution and defect management.
  • Experience with test automation is nice to have.
  • Experience working with teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in working with projects following agile methodology
