Responsibilities

  • Partnering with product and business teams across the firm to define the strategic roadmap and align objectives to help grow and deepen relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients and prospects
  • Managing integrated marketing campaigns from end-to-end including; targeting, segmentation, messaging, content development, design, test and learn strategy and execution
  • Overseeing various workstreams and building partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver highly targeted, data-driven campaigns to qualified prospects i.e.; Business Intelligence, media, brand, research, technology, creative agencies, new client development, and other marketing partners
  • Tracking and measuring performance of campaigns to help optimize the right channel and distribution mix across direct mail, email nurture journeys, media, social, digital, events, sponsorships and internal bank-owned platforms
  • Managing the development of impactful co-branded collateral for clients, prospects and Bankers; informed by qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Overseeing all aspects of project management; manage timelines and deliverables and track progress against plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Assisting with building out xLOB marketing plans to expand reach and targeting of vertical segments, centers of influence and professional advisors

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally with financial services
  • Innovative marketer with experience and proven track record across key marketing channels i.e.; direct mail (print), email and digital, events, sponsorships
  • Familiarity in digital and marketing innovation trends across the industry i.e.; owned and paid channels, social, email nurture journeys and website optimization
  • An innovative, curious thinker who grounds their ideas in key insights and data, and enjoys the working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Wiliness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once
  • A collaborative partner who prioritizes developing strong relationships across the organization and quickly earns the respect and trust of internal and external business partners
  • A strong communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team while respecting the diversity of opinions and styles
