**Description:**


The Citi Retail Services (CRS) Business Operations Department (BPO) is searching for an individual with experience in understanding how to create requirements, establish systems infrastructure and processes to support cardholder terms and conditions as outlined within partner contracts. The role requires an understanding of complex in-market disclosure execution, oversight of control monitoring and conversion experience, strong understanding of project management discipline, understanding of cardholder terms and conditions, promotional disclosures and an understanding of how to build and structure controls for sustainability. This position is responsible for working across the organization to support disclosure oversight, support remediation efforts, new partner launches and new products. This person will assist in ensuring that testing and quality assurance activities are built effectively and issues that are identified are addressed. This person will work closely with cross functional business teams to formulate and implement business recommendations and may report out to management, auditors and regulators on pricing functionality. This position works closely cross functional teams across Partner Management, Marketing, Operations, Business Project Management teams, Technology, Risk and Finance. This person is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.


Responsibilities:


Responsible for cross-functional disclosure oversight and execution.


May be responsible for various projects to improve efficiencies.


Identifies stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships.


Supports the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management.


Supports the identification and drive resolution of issues.


Meets business objectives as defined by leadership.


Drives adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.


Creates / supports the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including Senior Management, on a timely basis.


Assists in the identification of risks which impact delivery.


Contribute and have the ability to create project documentation to support disclosure oversight related activities such as creating business requirements, project plans, decision documentation, testing documentation, as well as process and procedural materials


Ability to analyze business requirements to ensure delivery of optimal solutions


Responsible for timely review, research and resolution of Disclosure Oversight across CRS


Project management discipline and problem solving capabilities


Support internal and external audits and walk-throughs as required


Ensure understanding and adherence to the regulatory requirements for the Disclosure Oversight


Understand critical in market processes and technology components within disclosure execution; identifying critical gaps and/or opportunities


Support new partner onboarding; providing conversion expertise related to in-market disclosure execution


Develop strong, trust-based relationships with critical internal business partners

Qualifications:


4 - 5 years in financial services and program management


Proven analytical, project and process management skills. Process improvement experience preferred.


Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time


Excellent interpersonal skills


Jira experience a plus


Proficiency with Microsoft office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word.


Web content management exposure and experience with digital disclosure applications a plus


Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive results from team


Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization


Advanced regulatory competence across financial industry.


Education:


Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
