US Wealth Management Head of Client Service, Executive Director

The Role

This role will manage the Wealth Management Ops, Client Operations which includes client/advisor Service Center and Digital Wealth Management Middle Office, The Executive Director Client Operations will work closely with the Head of AWM Operations in the Philippines  to drive the vision, strategy and execution of a digital operations solution.  The role will primarily focus on creating a best in class contact center, managing a workforce of over 150 employees. The role will focus on scaling a best in class client and advisor contact center, flexible to the changing needs of the WMCO business.


  • Manage large scale workforce across multiple states with a focus on employee engagement and development
  • Drive a high performance culture to meet the highest standards of quality client service
  • Lead by example to bring to our core values to life, specifically the critical focus of creating an inclusive environment where a diverse workforce can thrive
  • Deliver strong business results with a focus on efficiency while evolving the organization to become a strategic asset for the growth plans of US Wealth Management
  • Execute all objectives within a highly controlled and regulated environment; surpassing all standards, testing, and audits
  • Communicating strategy and progress to all levels of the organization, one on one or large gatherings (e.g. virtual town-halls)


  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • FINRA series 7, 63, 9 & 10 required
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management, a private bank, or a closely related financial services organization
  • Experience in contact center management with a strong digital focused organization preferred
  • Knowledge of market data and financial instruments
  • Excellent leadership skills, of project teams, projects, and employees
  • Exceptional communication skills; must be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong track record for delivering complex projects and programs of work that drive growth
