The Production Client Enablement Team plays a critical role in the continual success of Merchant Services business processes and the health of the plant. The Production Client Enablement Team is dedicated to ensuring a standard, repeatable, nimble, highly automated, and error-free production go-live experience for our merchants, employees, and 3rd party vendors. We accomplish this through innovative and bold problem solutions, creative automation, strategic initiatives, and proactive risk mitigation throughout the pre-implementation and go-live processes.As a Technical Support Analyst, you will serve as both a leader and liaison between the merchant, business, and the technology support groups during the pre-implementation and go-live activities. Working in Production Client Enablement means you'll use customer service skills and both creative and critical thinking to ensure an exceptional, world-class merchant go-live experience.
