NPI PLANNING ANALYIST

THE ROLE:

This role offers you the chance to work in a cross functional team that develops supply chain strategies to maximize customer satisfaction at lowest possible costs. You will be working on the most cutting-edge technology product rollouts right from the NPI stages to position the company for future revenue opportunities in a very diversified product portfolio. It will provide you with an opportunity to be part of an amazing supply chain team which focuses on best industry practices to meet key NPI deliverables like efficient supply planning, on time delivery and zero revenue delinquency targets to maximize customer satisfaction.

THE PERSON:

We are searching for candidates who are passionate, motivated, and looking to take up new challenges in a dynamic and adaptable working environment. Detail and results oriented, meticulous with good analytical skills who is looking at opportunities for continuous improvement and drive positive change to achieve operation excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages and converts demand to a master schedule to meet customer deliveries
• Performs analysis to proactively identify potential shortages and drives expedites to close the gap
• Proactively analyze to identify and minimize excess supply during the NPI product phase
• Accountable to meet KPIs: program milestones, on time delivery to customers, and revenue targets
• Responsible for continuous supply and demand tracking and analysis and action as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues or identify innovative solutions
• Able to work with all levels and functions of the organization
• Drives continuous improvement ofNPI systems, processes and models
• Facilitate or represents NPI Operations in group discussions or meetings

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Growth mindset, team player, collaborative, solid deductive reasoning
• Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills, Good at Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well with cross functional teams and in a matrix organization
• Pro-active, resourceful, and able to multitask in dynamic conditions
• Solid understanding of the semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing flow desired
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet and Oracle is desired

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• BS or MS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Research or related equivalent
