The MAS Payroll Service Support Specialist is responsible for the providing subject matter support to MA Service Associates Works closely with other departments inclusive of being a liaison to US SSS Community to deliver quality, accurate and timely client service transaction.
* Real time floor support for process and product queries
* Take over complex calls following the defined escalation parameters
* Serve as liaison to US/Regional SSS community
* Follow through on dispatch/transfer cases
* Complete weekly First Tier phone time requirements
* Provide trending analysis on dissatisfied returns, top call driver, and product knowledge maturity
* Partner with call mentors on training needs analysis
* Assist New Hire Training and Nesting
* Loop back trending to PH Training Team
* Conduct Bi Monthly Booster sessions based on trended needs
* Facilitate Bi Monthly Process Development Assessments
* Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow.
* Proficiency in the use of PC applications.
* Working knowledge of payroll is helpful.
* Effective oral and written communication skills required.
* Sharing ideas, information, and call process/product strategy across multi-level tenure of baseline associates assuring accuracy and quality of all client interactions
* Delivering world-class service and satisfaction to all clients
* Maintaining focus to deliver results in a fast-pace and diverse environment.
* Will be collaborating with US functional teams to deliver exceptional results
* Service oriented and is able to mentor first line FTEs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
* Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre-defined solutions
* Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
* Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
* Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
* Bachelor's degree
