The Client Solutions team, reporting to the U.S. Wealth Management CEO, develops industry-leading solutions that enable wealth management clients to live their lives with financial confidence through connected experiences. The team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients across the Aspiring Affluent, Established, and High Net Worth client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of product and solutions, including online brokerage and advice, digital solutions, lending and retirement products and best-in-class experiences for all clients. Our strategy is to create solutions that deepen client engagement, increase scale and profitability, attract new clients and drive productivity.

 The Money Movement Product team is focused on delivering innovative solutions for wealth management clients across web and mobile channels, ultimately creating a more integrated investment and banking experience. As a Product Owner, you will define the product vision, goals and objectives, requirements, and prioritize delivery in order to maximize the business value of the investment.  


The desired candidate will exhibit strong client focus, intellectual curiosity, excellent problem-solving and communication, strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Invest in a deep understanding of business opportunities, client needs and competitive landscape
  • Partner with Design and Content teams to create intuitive, differentiated user experiences and iterate through user testing and feedback
  • Partner with Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure internal processes and infrastructure is viable, optimized and compliant
  • Lead the product development lifecycle by documenting requirements, ensure sprint inputs and outputs are as envisioned, manage trade-offs and lead prioritization decisions
  • Partner with Technology teams to triage production issues. Communicate issue resolution to appropriate parties and escalate as necessary
  • Partner with Program team to bring features or products to pilot and market
  • Leverage quantitative measures (e.g user data, behavioral analytics, key performance metrics) and qualitative feedback (e.g. client and internal feedback) to ascertain product health and shape future product development and prioritization decisions
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management, digital banking or money transfer capabilities
  • Experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities , ultimately launching new / enhanced products to market
  • Ability to prioritize projects, say ‘no’ when required, and ensure we are on track to deliver within timeframes. Experience working within an Agile development framework
  • Influence peers with diverse points of view and build consensus
  • Strong verbal communication, written and presentations skills
