ADP is hiring an Implementation Consultant IV. In this position, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues.
  • Leads with and recommends best practice in process, product, and service improvements.
  • Solves unique and complex problems that could have a broad impact on the business.
  • Contributes to the development of functional strategy and innovative solutions.
  • Identifies and designs possible solutions to achieve optimal business results.
  • Works independently, or with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • Leads others in consultative approach, client focus, teamwork and collaboration.
  • Stays current with business industry trends/best practices and proactively shares with others.
  • SME with translating functional needs into technical specifications.
  • Leverages prior skills and experience to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities internally and with clients.
  • Demonstrates experience in a large business model.
  • Consistently acts as a SME and mentor for colleagues with less experience.
  • Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
  • Executes on role expectations on time, on budget, with quality through collaboration with internal/client partners.

Qualifications:

  • Recognized as an expert in HR and Payroll systems and solutions.
  • Strongly prefer 10+ years of experience.
  • Must have advanced SQL working knowledge.
  • 5+ years' experience in Outsourced HCM and Payroll model.
  • Understand the service profit chain and uses this understanding to complete tasks/deliverables.
  • Anticipates business/regulatory issues and willingly makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Drives success of clients, operational, project or service work objectives of own work and work of others.
  • Effectively communicate difficult concepts, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills.
  • Lead work teams to advance the Project Services business.
  • Be seen as a trusted advisor from leaders and peers.
  • Independently solves unique problems and leads others through complex solutions using HCM, product and technical experience/knowledge.
  • Proficient with MS Suite of Products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Advanced working knowledge of ADP HCM and Payroll products; multiple products preferred
  • Payroll Certification
