This strategic role will be responsible for driving business growth across a subset of 14 Core Payments and Receivables Products. The individual will serve as a liaison between the Core Product Management Team and the Sales, Onboarding and Service teams supporting Citis Corporate, Institutional and FI clients. This individual will be responsible for revitalizing and enhancing sales and marketing strategies against an established product set, as well as partnering with our Service and Onboarding organizations to improve the overall client experience after the Sale, including enhancing self-service tools and driving their adoption.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Revitalize and enhance Sales and marketing strategies across all Core P&R products

+ Driving cross-sell and new opportunities across the product set, leveraging data mining and market intelligence to identify specific targets

+ Creating business cases that will drive investment decisions to address perceived market gaps (Lockbox, Cash, etc.)

+ Produce or revitalize sector specific marketing materials & training plans

+ Identify and execute against plans to improve client experience across all core products (identify and address training needs and other pain points, development and/or increased usage of self-service tools, etc.)

+ Assist in the development of enhanced product pricing strategies

+ Coordinate and oversee the development of client facing and internal training materials

+ Follows market, industry and client trends and adapts them for application Citis products and solutions platforms

+ Works in close co-ordination with Technology, Business Managers and senior stakeholders

+ Interacts directly with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their long term vision, discuss industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy


**Qualifications:**


+ 10+ years of experience

+ Proven track record of successfully managing in a large and complex business

+ Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker

+ Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities

+ Thorough financial acumen and P&L management experience

+ Excellent analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills

+ Proven track record of bringing diverse groups and perspectives to work against a common goal

+ Ability to maintain momentum and minimize client and employee attrition

+ Ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships and to work across multiple facets of Citi businesses

+ Process Management knowledge with a propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of content

+ Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with senior members of an organization

+ Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives

+ Proven track record as change agent, with ability to encourage and embrace innovative ideas and solutions

+ High emphasis on getting to yes and building intercompany relationships

+ Self-aware with ability to adapt to various situations, rapidly assimilate and report on complex information while creating a future vision


**Education:**


+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
