Job Description

This position sits in Pricing which is within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase™s Consumer & Community Banking group. The Business Analyst will assist with managing the Pricing Corrections process, including project management functions and facilitation.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for end-to-end management of Corrections activities including reviewing Corrections requirements, evidence, and documentation, as well as other efforts related to the Card Business. This person will be required to have an understanding of Card business processes/functions and will use their working knowledge of these business processes to assist with other efforts on the team where extra support is needed including governance and monitoring functions. In order to excel as a Business Analyst in this role, the individual should be a highly motivated individual able to work collaboratively across teams, an exceptional problem solver who owns customer issues from beginning to end and skilled at working multiple complex initiatives at one time.
