This role will be part of Treasury and Trade Solutions Global In-Business Operational Risk team to work the centralization of Managers Control Assessment (MCA) processes. Role will be part of the team responsible for implementing a centralized MCA processing hub.


Provide analytical and project support to team building a standard operating model proposal for MCA activities

Contributes to and supports project milestones and activities, which includes the following:

+ MCA process walkthroughs

+ Data gathering and analytics of MCA processes, and volumes across multiple regions

+ Assist in MCA process standardization and reports

+ Formalizing supporting documents and support execution of key operational readiness items

+ Assist in the design of a governance model and program metrics to ensure adequate oversight for a successful transition of MCA central processing

+ Support program management activities towards the implementation of an MCA hub

+ Monitoring and reporting of project management activities, and key metrics

+ Management reports

+ Presentation materials/decks

+ Frequent communication with Stakeholders about migration advances or escalation, as needed

+ Continuous support and oversight for process migration stage

Works closely with business partners on findings and makes recommendations on improving practices.

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.


+ 3+ years of related experience in business risk & control, compliance, operations processes and/or audit function

+ The role will require knowledge of the MCA programs and associated processes

+ Excellent reporting and analytical skills ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to senior and project stakeholders

+ Experience in project and program management, a plus

+ Experience, or exposure to TTS products and process, a plus

+ Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple countries and support functions, a plus

+ Focus on execution and getting the job done

+ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in all aspects of the job and with multiple audiences in mind

+ Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually with minimal supervision

+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills and be an advanced user of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Project.

+ Excellent problem solving skills Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details


+ Degree preferred in accounting, risk, finance or business disciplines

Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.

+ The role is global in nature and will be part of a global project for MCA centralized processing with senior stakeholders across multiple business and control functions

+ Exposure and participation TTS seniors and other regional/global level forums

+ Deeper exposure to TTS operating environment across all products through engagement with the MCA program
