The Operations Manager manages operation efficiencies by monitoring and enhancing process flows with an emphasis on automation and quality control. The Operations Manager will provide direction to a wide range of associates on assignments, goals and projects. They will translate business strategy and priorities into actionable items for their team to execute on. This position requires collaboration with senior leaders to understand client commitments/goals and ensure that all service levels and quality targets are consistently met or exceeded. The Operations Manager will positively recruit staff to meet existing and new business requirements. Builds engagement within team to meet service and/or operational challenges.



The Operations Manager is responsible for team department expense, resource forecasting and skill set mix needs and adjust forecasts to changing product demands and client business cycle demands. Provides updates to business partners on status of productivity, adherence to budget and timelines, and other key metrics to demonstrate effectiveness and efficiencies within the department. Ensure client goals are met and exceeded. Research and evaluate like functions outside of ADP and determine best practices that can be brought into the BU to achieve greater results. Drive initiatives to continuously improve the quality and speed of the services being offered. Proactively drives the program to achieve better results. Ensures processes and programs are effective and make recommendations for improvements. Works across a matrix of domain experts, including data operations, government relations, and service to ensure overall workflow, process, and delivery goals meet business and client requirements. Works closely with Product Management and Development to drive requirements into the WOTC products to increase service and efficiencies.



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent in education and experience
  • Experience in a people leadership role with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Ability to assess team members' performance and provide motivational support.
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
  • Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
