We are searching for a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be based out of Key Tower in downtown Cleveland!


The Manager of FP&A is responsible for the overall financial analysis of the Multifamily portfolio, including property valuations, variance explanations, scenario analysis and reporting. The Manager of FP&A is also responsible for ensuring all projection and Business Plan updates are completed accurately and in a timely fashion through collaboration with other FP&A operations directors, executives and other key customers throughout and across the organization. The Manager acts as a go-to source for customer and Executive analysis to build alignment and provide the information required for strategic decision-making.


  • This position requires a Undergraduate (Bachelors) Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Financial analysis and reporting is required.
  • A preferred certification for this position includes: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Required skills for this position include:
    • MS Office, especially Excel; SAP software a plus
    • Verbal and written communication
