Practice Summary:
Greenberg Traurig is a recognized national leader in business dispute litigation, based on our wide-ranging experience in corporate governance and compliance and with the full valuation, accounting and ethical issues which typically arise in business disputes. Our team comprises experienced trial lawyers who understand broad business implications and can draw on the firm's multidisciplinary teams in industries such as financial services, accounting, insurance, real estate and entertainment to devise creative and efficient strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience and be prepared to work on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters ranging from securities, white collar defense, antitrust, bankruptcy, and restructuring matters to product liability, real estate litigation, and intellectual property disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules, be highly motivated, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be diligent, high energy, possess excellent writing skills and be able to work independently to manage myriad deadlines and thrive in a team environment. The candidate should have experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Admission to the Utah State Bar preferred.
