Cybersecurity Technology Controls (CTC) delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase’s Controls, Access Management and IT Risk agendas, with a focus on stability, delivery, efficiencies and people. The goal of TC is to drive standardization, consistency and simplicity in a JPMorgan Chase architecture that fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across the entire enterprise. The disciplines within this organization are Oversight & Controls Technology, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management. 


The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by CTC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.

 

As a member of the adoption acceleration team you will combine your experience and passion for innovation to enable application teams from across the businesses to migrate from legacy to strategic solutions. You will use your expertise in business analysis, project management and software development processes to maintain progress and address blockers. Your personal drive for excellence, delivery and improvement will help a high performing team to satisfy both product and consumer requirements. You will continually strive to improve and enhance the on-boarding process and will embrace leading-edge technologies and methodologies inspiring the distributed teams to follow suit.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize competing demands.
  • Leadership, relationship-building and influencing skills to drive agendas across a number of teams
  • Skilled at anticipating issues, engaging the appropriate stakeholders and driving resolutions/solutions.
  • Able to execute qualitative and quantitative analysis that presents conclusions in clear and understandable terms.
  • Clear communication & presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely
  • The ability to take ownership, manage through conflict and mobilize internal resources
  • daptable to a changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving results
  • Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent understanding of project life cycles and project methodologyDeliver results against a defined scope of work that includes multiple Lines of Business.
  • Build effective relationships with technical teams and business leaders to enhance collaboration, information sharing and decision-making.
  • Develop tools and processes to proactively provide quantitative and qualitative insight into performance against objectives.
  • Create and deliver insightful presentations that summarize current state, progress in the reporting period and barriers to success.
  • Participate in identification and eradication of low and no value add activities from the program including optimizing and automating low complexity activities
