Senior Specialist II - Home Lending - Lewisville, TX

 As a Senior Specialist II  you will be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls, assisting delinquent customers. These calls will require thorough knowledge of Chase mortgage assistance options, underwriting guidelines, and various investor requirements as they apply to an individual customer.  Challenging conversations may also be required in order to present additional options to the customer, based on a review of their mortgage account history. You will work in an environment requiring you to effectively interface with customers on the phone, use multiple computer systems, and “type and talk” to resolve complex customer issues. Customer Outreach Specialists must maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores while meeting efficiency goals and adhering to schedule and attendance guidelines.  You will be responsible for understanding the firm's mortgage and home equity servicing policies as well as legal compliance regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two to three years of previous Home Lending customer service or collections experience preferred. 
    • Must demonstrate the ability to identify a customer’s communication style and personality type, in order to tailor your conversations to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
    • Verbal and written communication skills must be clear, concise, grammatically correct and relevant to the interaction.
    • Ability to  perform simple calculations, while interpreting and communicating information related to customer financial data.
    • Solution oriented and driven to resolve a customers’ request or concern the first time we interact with them.
    • Ability to navigate through multiple computer programs in order to review, verify and update information, while simultaneously conversing with the customer.
    • Thrives in a fun, team oriented environment with a strong focus on continuously improving results.
    • Ability to work in a fluid environment with continuous updates to policies, procedures and strategies.
    • Ability to interpret relevant federal regulations and/or the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
