Education & Experience were looking for:


  • Bachelors Degree preferred, or 5+ years of data and analytics experience in a learning environment
  • Familiarity with learning and operations technology and tools
  • Strong data analytics and metrics reporting skills
  • Previous experience and/or certifications in assessment tools and training programs preferred

Bonus points: If you have credit union or banking experience.


Our ideal candidate:

  • Will enthusiastically support the initiatives of strong performance management and coaching initiatives for all areas and levels of the organization to ensure a consistent message and delivery of OneAZs mission, values, and brand.
  • Will actively collaborate throughout the organization to coordinate and lead learning operations and analytics initiatives.
  • This position will report to the Education & Learning Manager and will ensure that projects, programs, and processes are aligned with the needs of the organization as identified by data and analytics.


A typical day might include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Identify, analyze, and refine key education and development success metrics

Build a relevant reporting process for education and development, delivering findings to key stakeholders on learning performance metrics

Monitor the hygiene of learning data and improve data quality where needed

Guide data analysts, learning associates and administrators to manage internal communications, work intake flows, learning metrics, and performance reporting

Lead discussions among cross-functional business partners to correctly identify and diagnose organizational training needs

Collaborate closely with the VP of Associate Engagement to ensure education and development is strategically aligned with the wider organization

Establish/optimize processes, procedures and documentation for managing day-to-day activities that support the execution of learning projects and initiatives

Identify and implement improvements for existing workflows and processes to drive efficiency and transparency

Evaluate how effectively the existing learning technology is being used

Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential new learning technologies

Learning development enablement: ensure all associates are empowered to do their best work through optimal processes, workflows, and technology

Facilitate discussions and processes with external stakeholders and vendors to maximize productivity and avoid deadline failures

Create and maintain any required documentation regarding learning operations and processes
