ADP is hiring a Client Experience Leadership Coach. The successful leadership coach has deep leadership experience and knowledge, with a passion for coaching, holding deep belief in leaders' potential and innate expertise in their own work and lives. They evangelize the cultural mission of the organization and are highly regarded as necessary resources to drive top-down accountability. The leadership coach participates in building out the entire HRO Leadership Coaching strategy and program, taking into account Service Culture behaviors, leadership accountability, and associate observations/calibrations. The leadership coach delivers superior coaching to front-line and middle management, and works with senior leaders to drive awareness and adoption. The leadership coach has noteworthy responsibility for group coaching to leverage the power of leader peers throughout the organization. Responsible for coaching leaders on identifying associates needing additional coaching support, on coaching to behaviors and on strengthening managers' and executives' overall coaching skills and coaching effectiveness through improving their own mental fitness and leadership skills. At their best, the leadership coach embodies balance. They are compassionate yet have high standards, empathetic yet results-oriented. They are creative problem solvers, adept at quickly processing a situation and providing consultative recommendations to improve processes and behaviors. The leadership coach is also a skilled trainer, able to effectively convey the deeper "why" behind the way and measure the success of a program.

  • Influence and collaborate to rollout the Leadership Coaching program for HRO Service Culture, analyzing relevant business impact metrics, aligning multiple levels of leadership and facilitating effective group and individual coaching to achieve deeper engagement and performance.
  • Design and facilitate ongoing leadership trainings for designated market
  • Assist leadership with implementation of associate behavioral improvement interventions to alleviate their biggest pain points through calibration, brainstorm and behavioral change workshops.
  • Drive top-down accountability in the organization by measuring and tracking effectiveness of trainings
  • Become SMEs in the HRO Service Culture
  • Embrace personal growth through adoption of self-reflection and introspection and ongoing learning
  • Perform other duties as needed



  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business Administration, HR, or Organizational Development.
  • 3-5 years leadership or professional coaching experience
  • ICF credential or equivalent required
