In this role you will be providing a clear visibility to stakeholders by establishing and tracking OKRs that ensure that Western Unions strategic plans are being achieved within the key areas of Loyalty, Customer Lifecycle Management, Brand, Analytics and Customer Insights

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of an integrated strategic and executional framework across loyalty, CEM, Brand, Analytics & Insights that delivers on KPIs & strategic priorities.
  • Create clear, structured strategic recommendations, communicated through concise storytelling that can be presented to C-level company executives incl. MBRs.
  • Defining and ongoing refinement and tracking of departmental OKRs, ensuring the teams' adherence to our top strategic priorities.
  • Partner with the Research & departmental teams to create input for building strategic plans by analyzing & synthesizing disparate research & data sources.
  • Play a key role in all strategic planning processes including being a key participant on behalf of the department and act as a proxy where necessary.
  • Lead strategic projects, as identified by executive leader.
  • Coordinate executive departmental communications, leadership team meetings, and tracking of action items identified.
  • Provide financial oversight for Marketing expense base, liaising with Finance.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of strategy development experience within a geographically distributed team.
  • Experience in executing strategic business priorities and financial discipline in a cross functional working environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of successful delivery of complex programs and projects.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
