We're looking for a creative, empathetic and resourceful Content Strategist to join, contribute and help develop our team into one of the best content strategy teams in tech. This role is perched at the intersection of storytelling, user experience, banking and technology. Finance impacts people where it really matters and we take that responsibility seriously.

In this role

  • Build content strategy and stories that unify & align business goals with great user experience
  • Understand the customer point of view and design stories from that perspective
  • Create and present engaging stories and strategy developed from data and insights but not dependent on it
  • Partner with designers to help create visual stories
  • Write exceptional UX copy (and execute against your own strategy)
  • Work with all teams necessary to manage and deliver content
  • Understand product strategy and connect the dots between teams
  • Think strategically about systems, and now to work at scale
  • Collaborate and build partnerships with research, design and product
  • Build community through mentorship & creative contributions
  • Work in a place that™s rapidly innovating and changing within the secure ecosystem of a big company

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital, with direct work experience in content strategy
  • Bachelor™s Degree in English, Marketing, Advertising or another communications-related field preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to translate insights from user research, and synthesizing them into actionable principles and concepts
  • Able to deliver digital content that adheres to documented standards for copy, including writing according to nuanced voice & tone
  • Experience working cross-functionally, closely with partners, and comfortable presenting to all levels
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
  • Proficient at tools and process and recommends new tools and/or process improvements
  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities / deadlines without compromising quality
  • Developing ability to incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process
  • Must be able to show portfolio and samples that showcase required skills
