Job Summary

As a Product Manager on the Onboarding Services team, you will be working in a fast paced environment where you will have the opportunity to build new features and capabilities that will power platforms servicing millions of businesses globally, ranging from small business to large corporate clients. The onboarding capabilities will help business to create global onboarding experiences using data, tools and risk models to enable pay-ins and pay-outs.

The Product Manager will help shape the long term strategy through client engagement, market intelligence and collaboration across the business. The role will contribute to product definition and the product roadmap. Ability to communicate the strategy, vision and translate customer needs to business requirements will be critical. This is a high profile role which will require very careful attention to detail (e.g. understanding business capabilities and requirements) while always keeping the mission and our client needs in mind.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Contribute to development of business strategy, goals and priorities for Onboarding and Validation Services, in alignment with JPM Payments
  • Lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking and country specific KYC/AML requirements
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs to help develop new services and solutions
  • Identify top use cases and support prioritization of features and capabilities
  • Assist with the planning, maintenance and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Work with Technology teams to define estimates for development work
  • Develop product requirements, customer user journeys and support technology development through delivery lifecycle
  • Build effective relationships with key Product, Technology, Operations, Sales and functional leads; while being able to effectively challenge them to move projects forward
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on capabilities
  • Confident speaker with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues and senior executives
  • PowerPoint skills - able to structure senior management presentations with minimal input
