Front end services is one of the key building blocks of our omnichannel product. A successful omnichannel solution provides merchants with a set of non-payment services, in order to bring a seamless experience to the merchant in the usage of the solution together with a set of rich business applications.The technical services range from remote key injection and key management, terminal onboarding, software updates, terminal security, end to end encryption, terminal connectivity, or self-diagnostics.The business services allow merchants to use business applications on their terminals (point of sale applications, shopper rating, loyalty, charity etc). Selecting, integrating, securing and operating these business applications is part of the mission.
