About the Team

The J.P. Morgan Payments FX Product organization is responsible for modernizing, scaling and integrating FX payments platforms across the Corporate and Investment Bank and Commercial Banking. We define the product strategy, develop solutions, manage product launches, and enable the sales teams.


About the Position

Associate Global Cross Border Pay-in Product Manager will be a key player to establish the product program for cross border receivables. This includes developing business case, product design, and commercialization plans. The selected candidate will assist in managing the roadmap and drive projects across multiple functional groups, and lead commercialization efforts for new solutions.
Additionally, the selected candidate will:

  • Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset
  • Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies


Responsibilities:

Success in the role will require strong analytical skills, collaboration with key technology partners, compliance, and legal partners, engagement with clients and client facing teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with sales, product solutions teams, to understand market trends and evolving client needs.
  • Establish training and sales materials for product offerings, and manage sales content.
  • Develop a deep understanding of local clearing networks, mechanics behind new disbursement methods like mobile and digital wallets and devise efficient and varied methods of collection in the geography.
  • Establish clear client needs and ensure the product execution matches what is required of our client needs and to further grow the business.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience in product development, management in a bank or financial services.
  • Understanding of foreign exchange markets, and risk management.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, influencing strategy and development priority.
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment.
  • Agile mindset- in delivering solutions, managing competing priorities and client needs.
  • Presentation skills - making and delivering presentations to a varied audience.
