The banking ecosystem is constantly evolving and emerging technologies are rapidly changing the way the way we and our clients do business. In this rapidly changing environment, the support needs of our clients is also changing. To enable us to better meet these needs for our clients in the EMEA region, we are seeking an individual to join our Payments Solution Center and help establish and lead a technical support team in our Bournemouth location. This role will also serve as the regional lead for our File Transmission and API based support function, overseeing the global team’s activities in support of clients in the region.
