Roles and responsibilities specifically include:

  • Help define and execute a Digital Channels Data Strategy to achieve enhanced, targeted data-centric capabilities/products and to monetize such value-added capabilities.
  • Understand and analyze industry trends in Cash Management, Risk & Regulatory developments and Competitive Landscape
  • Partner closely with Clients and Sales to understand their Cash Management/Treasury needs and pull together leading-edge data solutions that meet client needs and/or offers competitive advantage.
  • Define business requirements & product capabilities, and partner with the Data Technology teams in JPMC to translate these for delivery.
  • Contribute towards thought leadership dialogues with Clients and Industry Bodies.
  • Manage all product-related activities and work closely with internal stakeholders i.e. Sales/Solutions teams, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Training, Project Office and Client Service. This extends to business launch activities too, and may involve internal & external training and targeted client events.

  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Cash Management/Treasury, with particular strengths in Product Management.
  • Prior proven experience in managing large-scale Data Engineering initiatives for developing data products. Ability to profile, analyze and interpret data at scale, and is conversant with Data Modeling Tools and Techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Digital Channels such as Online Banking, Open Banking/ APIs, SWIFT, Host-to- Host and Mobile Banking
  • Prior experience in ERPs and/or TMS a plus
  • Energetic Team player and execution-oriented Self-starter who likes to take initiative, with strong track record of driving and delivering results.
  • Strong verbal & written communications skills, analytical skills and influencing skills; Ability to translate ˜tech speak™ into client/business friendly terms.
  • The ability to lead development-based projects from start through finish; build and socialize requirements, partner across various Product and Technology teams, create and execute project plans.
  • High level of creativity, ability to think ˜outside the box™; Comfortable with - and an advocate for - ongoing change in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment.
