The Service Desktop (Salesforce CRM) Product Manager role will be part of Advisor and Service Platform (ASPT) organization, reporting in through the Chief Operating Office. The Product Manager partners with various business stakeholders, drives the realization of each initiative within the firm, and builds out Service Desktop capabilities - to deliver operational efficiencies and enable our employees to deliver a great client experience as they interact with the firm. They will also partner with various organizations within the firm to ensure this critical initiative is implemented and requirements are met.
