The Digital and Client Solutions team, reporting to the U.S. Wealth Management CEO, develops industry-leading solutions that enable wealth management clients to live their lives with financial confidence through connected experiences. The team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients across the Aspiring Affluent, Established, and High Net Worth client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of product and solutions, including online brokerage and advice, digital solutions, lending and retirement products and best-in-class experiences for all clients. Our strategy is to create solutions that deepen client engagement, increase scale and profitability, attract new clients and drive productivity.

 

The Core Capabilities team within Digital and Client Solutions is focused on expanding our digital offering across chase.com web and mobile channels. The team drives the product strategy and execution for key experiences including digital client onboarding and account opening, cash and asset transfers, self-servicing and the chase virtual assistant across the wealth continuum for the USWM business.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage user research and client feedback to recognize client needs. Create a detailed business case to describe the opportunity, define JPMorgan’s current position in the market, and conduct competitor research to determine industry trends.
 
  • Define and drive the product or feature roadmap to accomplish business and team goals. Allow metrics to drive deliverable urgency, and partner with Project Management and other Product Owners on deliverable prioritization per business and client need.
 
  • Lead the product development lifecycle by owning and writing detailed requirements that capture functional, design, and control/regulatory features. Work with Tech Development to ensure the output delivered meets expectations. Be the main decision maker in determining trade-offs based on known considerations. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to deliver a functional end-to-end product and experience across all channels (web, mobile). Drive the prioritization of any defects found and work with technology on the resolution. Communicate status updates to stakeholders often, and escalate early on if needed.
 
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to establish approach and timeline to rollout new capabilities. This includes determining the scope of the rollout/launch, the population, communications, marketing, support, feedback and key performance metrics.
 
  • Create working relationships with internal partners including senior leaders in the Business, Technology, Design, Operations, Advisors, Servicing, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management
  • Experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities
  • Proven ability to create successful partnerships (design, technology, operations, control functions), and influence peers with diverse points of view
  • Ability to think innovatively, and work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment using Agile & Scrum principles
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentations skills
