The JPMS Funds Transfer Review Team is responsible for performing outbound calls to JPMS clients for the purposes of authenticating and confirming funds transfer instructions. The group works in a team-oriented environment supporting JPMS branch personnel with their clients̢۪ funds transfer requests. The team is responsible for adhering to JPMS policies. Other administrative functions are also supported, including but not limited to the confirmation of recurring payments, callback waivers, delegation memos, etc.The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service and will effectively use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level to both JPMS clients as well as JPMS Financial Advisors/Client Associates.
