Job Description
The Technical Solutions Associate will play a key role in our efforts to grow our digital payment gateway value-added revenue by helping grow the client base. This global platform enables our clients to pay or collect through a variety of bank-hosted engagement channels, such as a client-branded online and mobile portal, voice-responsive phone, in-person point of sale and is future-ready for artificial intelligence powered assistants, chat services and more. The product is at the beginning of its lifecycle and significant enhancement and geographic expansion is planned over the next several years . The individual will assist in managing deals through the sales cycle, product promotion, education and, ultimately, learning client needs and providing payment solutions. The individual works in close collaboration with colleagues across lines of business, product management and client-facing teams.
Responsibilities include:
¢ Executing on the Concourse strategy to provide client solutions, win deals and grow revenue
¢ Creating go-to-market content to empower Sales ranging from training, marketing and proposal content
¢ Coordinating and prioritizing product feedback via input from Clients, Product Solutions Specialists, TMOs, and Bankers
¢ Understanding client needs, identifying trends, assessing market gaps and analyzing competitor dynamics to help shape product direction
¢ Documenting and owning client pain points and associated product requirements to represent client interests within the Wholesale Payments organization to advance product roadmaps
¢ Collaborating with sales teams to design segment-specific strategies that can deliver simplification and drive profitability
Qualifications
¢ Minimum 3 years of relevant product management or consulting experience, preferably in payments, merchant services or eCommerce/Fintech domains
¢ BA/BS degree and strong MS Office skills required
¢ Working knowledge of traditional and/or emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, check, Real Time Payments, digital wallets and Card).
¢ Strong project management skills and ability to manage several workstreams concurrently
¢ Strategic thinker that combines strong analytical skills and creative problem solving
¢ Client advocate that seeks to understand client needs and ways to improve client experience
¢ Demonstrated communication and partnership skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects
