As part of Integrated Marketing, the Communications Sr. Associate also referred to as the Communications Manager (CM) owns the client communications experience that empowers J.P. Morgan Payments clients to build businesses that thrive and grow.Responsible for account servicing messages, the CM manages multiple, complex program-level initiatives from concept and strategy through development and deployment. With a keen focus on delivering effective, relevant, reader-focused messages, the CM works across multiple channels with a network of stakeholders and project partners championing “Worthy” communications through the full project lifecycle. All while balancing business demands, audit controls and tight deadlines.
