The Sales Associate role is an inside sales position selling a healthcare specific FinTech platform to healthcare provider groups in the SMB market. With a sales cycle around 3 to 4 weeks, this role is focused on executing efficiently on a mix of inbound referrals and outbound sales opportunities. InstaMed is recognized as an industry leader in the healthcare payments space and is the healthcare payments product for Chase for Business clients.

Growth opportunities include enterprise sales, sales leadership along with banking, treasury services, and cash management opportunities within JPMorgan Chase.

Account Facing

• This is a new business focused sales role
• Identify and meet key decision-makers for prospective accounts
• Introduce best practices associated with use of InstaMed
• Own the full sales cycle from demo, proposal, to close
• Demonstrate a consultative approach to the sale by identifying the prospect™s challenges and prescribing the right solution
• Maintain high standard of client support when working with Chase for Business clients

Daily Activities

• Manage time between performing demos, prospecting activity, pipeline follow up, and contract execution
• Build a strong territory plan to execute against yearly quota goals
• Execute on a mix of outbound hunting and inbound referrals
• Identify top prospects within your territory
• Learn the healthcare revenue cycle landscape
• Maintain accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
• Work with banking counterparts at Chase to deliver value to the relationship
• Share best practices and lessons learned with teammates

• Regular interaction with Marketing, Product Management and Professional Services departments of InstaMed
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties
• Any other duties as applicable to the position

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales, sales development or a client relationship role
• Excellent people skills and proven ability to foster strong relationships
• A willingness to quickly learn and understand InstaMed™s solution suite and articulate value proposition
• Excellent organizational skills in daily client engagement, pipeline management and follow-ups
• FinTech or Healthcare technology experience a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
