The Associate Regional Director, reporting directly to the Regional Director, is a member of the regional leadership team working closely with the RD to manage branch revenue growth, advisor recruiting, and daily operations. The successful candidate will be an experienced, driven relationship manager with recruiting experience who is looking for an opportunity with room to grow.
Responsibilities include:
- Works with leadership to acquire and drive business opportunities in the local market
- Partners with the RD on recruiting and acquiring Advisors and teams
- Partners with the platform/product specialists to enable and educate advisors to offer the firms full capabilities to their clients
- Supports Supervisory Manager and RD in monitoring and ensuring compliance with risk policy, processes and tools
- Works to problem-solve and respond to requests and escalations from advisors
Qualifications:
- +7 years of management or relevant experience within the financial services industry as a sales practice leader and/or assistant branch/regional manager
- Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 required
- Series 9/10 required within 60 days of hire (condition of employment)
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and operates/leads in a client centric way
- Communicates effectively with a proven ability to influence others and lead change
- Proven ability to attract and recruit external talent
- Ability to confidently interact with senior management, advisors and large clients
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proven management and coaching skills
