Bank of New Hampshire is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Information Technology Manager located in our Gilford, NH office.

Position Overview:

Responsible for effectively managing day to day operations, activities and performance of the departments of Network Services, Engineering and Application.

Job Responsibilities:

Management of all aspects of Network Services to include staff supervision (in accordance with standards) and training, policy and procedure development, effective technology systems to support user requests and resolution, hardware installations for users and critical systems (desktop & phone).

Management of all aspects of Engineering to include staff supervision (in accordance with standards) and training, policy and procedure development, effective systems to support critical infrastructure of servers, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software technology and hardware, management of user requests and resolution and performance of required security patching.

Maintaining recordkeeping and reporting systems of technology processes, applications, service performance, auditing of systems and access, disaster recovery planning, proper back -up library and performance metrics.

Manages technology budget, inventory, contracts and security of technology assets. This includes managing lifecycle of hardware and technology, vendor relationships and contacts.

Manage effective communication between technology teams to ensure optimum internal and end-user performance and satisfaction. Ensure effective and regular communications with department and senior management to ensure the success of department priorities, performance and strategic initiatives.

Training and Education: Actively participate in bank training sessions to enhance individual product and service knowledge, understanding of policies and procedures, computer equipment skills and understanding of federal and state regulations and compliance issues.

Complies with the Bank Secrecy Act: 12 CFR 326.8; 31 CFR Chapter X; 31 CFR 1020.220; 31 CFR 1020-210; 31 CFR Chapter V; 12 CFR 353 and FinCEN Regulations - 314(a) and 314(b).

Qualifications & Education:

5-10 years experience working in a technical management role. Similar technical service/support function or related company position of similar duties and responsibilities with personal computer support services or equivalent formal education in Information Technology disciplines and four years of experience.

Minimum of High School Diploma required.

Experience with ITI/Fiserv Financial applications or other competitive financial applications is desired, Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, Networks, Microsoft Certifications (MCSE or other network related discipline) or study toward same is highly advantageous.

Able to adjust priorities frequently and interface effectively and professionally with customers at all levels of financial institution personnel. Written and oral communications skill, organization, personal computer operations/problem diagnosis-resolution/maintenance, planning and quality delivery of services and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

FLSA: Full-time- Exempt

Direct Reports: Yes

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to meet business needs which may include after hours. This is an in-office position.

Depending on experience, this position could be either IT Manager or VP - IT Manager position. Salary to commensurate based upon experience.
