Reporting to the Client Service Support Service Manager, the Client Service Trainer is part of the Private Banking Client Service Support team and is responsible for development and delivery of role specific training for the Client Service roles within the International Private Bank, for both new and experienced staff. It is anticipated that the Client Service Trainer will spend their time in creating tutorial videos including script, audio, screen recording, onscreen design elements and delivering classroom or providing smaller group training sessions within the Client Service Specialist and Client Service Support Specialist teams, preparing and reviewing training materials, communications and procedures.
