The Workforce Real-Time Specialist within the International Consumer Service Operations Team will be responsible for the real time monitoring and real time management of contact centre activities to help ensure service levels are met and operations are functioning at an optimum level according to plan. The RTA Specialists will work very closely with Forecasters and Schedulers and as well as Division and People Leaders on a day-to-day basis on managing queues, moving resources, etc. within the contact centre that operates 24x7 with telephony, chat, and back office work types. Responsibilities also include entering and reporting schedule and exception activity, providing management with various performance reports relating to forecasting, scheduling, service level and specialist performance.
