Why Lytx:

Lytx is seeking an Installation Quality and Supplier Manager to support critical, large scale, transformational supply chain initiatives aimed at improving installation quality across Lytx's customer base. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in managing existing installation supplier relationships, sourcing & qualifying new installation suppliers, improving installation processes across cross-functional teams, as well as capturing and utilizing data to measure results, set priorities and establish direction for the Installation Quality team.

You Get To:
  • Manages installation supplier activities with focus on building partnership through data-driven processes
  • Develops key strategies and approaches to solving installation quality issues.
  • Works cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organization, leading projects to improve installation cost, quality, and capacity
  • Develops and drives scalable supplier management processes
  • Supports entire supplier partnership lifecycle from sourcing and price/terms negotiations to on-boarding, startup and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Apply innovative and disruptive tools, methods, and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:
  • Deep, proven, broad-based expertise in process and supplier management with a particular emphasis on hands-on measurement and improvement
  • 8-9 years cross functional, large scale supply chain project management experience
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally across multiple departments and levels of the organization, as well as with outside vendors
  • Proven ability to use data to gain insights, great communication skills to get results
  • Passionate about process improvement
  • Focused, results-driven, and has a penchant for effectiveness
  • Must be skilled in establishing and fostering teamwork in cross-functional groups to support change management and drive results
  • BS in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field required; or equivalent experience., MBA preferred
