Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications

The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accentures leaders, and engages and inspires the companys North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves. YOUR ROLE:

Drive understanding of Accentures strategy, capabilities, and differentiation to advance the business objectives of our leaders in their markets. Position Description Working as part of the global Accenture Industry Analyst Relations (IAR) team, this position is responsible for working with the Technology IAR global lead to drive the marketing and communications activities related to our IAR program for Technology Services. This role serves as the Industry Analyst Relations lead specifically for Cloud First Infrastructure and Software Engineering Services and will:

+ Leads Industry Analyst Relations activities for a portion of Accenture Technologys business around cloud first infrastructure and software engineering services to improve Accenture's top-of-mind position with key analysts. This includes monitoring analyst research publication timelines and analyst firm event schedules.

+ Report participation: Manage key industry analyst competitive assessment reports (for example, Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes) for cloud infrastructure and software engineering services, in collaboration with the global leadership and marketing team, as well as the global Industry Analyst Relations team. Facilitate the timely completion of all relevant deliverables including analyst briefings, surveys/RFI, and client reference requests.

+ Executive communications: Prepare spokespeople for analyst briefings. Facilitate prep calls, review key messages, talking points, slides; and host all analyst briefing calls, meetings, and demonstrations.

+ Marketing strategy: Understand Accenture Technologys marketing strategy, business vision, offerings, proprietary assets, physical location and ecosystem partnerships. Ensure that we are positioning the right way to industry analysts and influencers.

+ Analyst events: Shape and execute analyst events for Accenture Technology services (for example, Analyst Days, Accenture Innovation Hub visit) as well as virtual briefings.

+ Digital marketing: Promote analyst reports, recognition and events externally via digital marketing. Leverage digital channels to build relationships and awareness with targeted analysts. Quickly evaluate and capitalize on social moments (e.g. engage with analysts on social media) to support the communication objectives of the business.

+ Internal communications: Promote analyst reports and recognition internally, especially for use in sales.

+ Account management: Engage with industry analyst account representatives to facilitate any logistical needs for analyst services.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Communications Manager with a minimum 4 years of analyst relations experience

+ Able to demonstrate strong project management capability

+ Must have a level of confidence and experience interacting with senior leadership

+ Able to demonstrate senior stakeholder management capability

+ Experience of working with content development

+ Experience with events management

+ Good writer with strong Excel and PPT skills

+ Needs to be a self-starter with a hands-on approach

+ Strong proactive working style; routinely brings forward new ideas

+ Ability to think outside-the-box

+ Strategic thinker with an ability to draw actionable insights and apply them

+ Strong communications and collaboration skills

+ Able to partner with and influence executives at all levels of the organization through relationship building and executive-level presence.

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $73,764 - $170,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
